Spa Policy
- We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. We understand if something unexpected happens but please text or call to let us know if you can’t make your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
- All lash appointments require a deposit which will be collected at the time of booking your appointment.
- Please note that if you are running 15 minutes or more late and you have not notified us that you will be late, we can cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
- Service Corrections are only available within 72 hours after your initial appointment; after that an appointment for a lash fill must be scheduled.
